TRI/CON ENGINEERING INC.

TRI/CON provides inspection and testing services during construction from ground breaking to utilization of structures.  Governmental agencies, School District as well and many city and county agencies require strict guidelines to be followed during construction of structures and adherence to many of them must be documented by approved consultants, licensed inspectors and certified laboratories.

TRI/CON has the capacity to provide Division of State Architect (DSA) Certified Project inspectors, International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) Certified inspectors, batch plant and shop inspection services, field Pacometer/Schmidt Hammer/torque and pullout tests, and concrete and masonry coring.

In association with a Certified/ DSA approved material testing laboratory perform concrete/ masonry/ mortar compression testing, strength testing of bar reinforcing and structural steel and testing to determine the properties of soils and aggregates.

Our professionals have extensive experience in construction inspection and materials testing projects.  These projects were conducted for, among others, the Cities of Los Angeles, Pasadena, Monrovia, the Pasadena Unified School District, Alhambra School District, California Institute if Technology, University of Southern California, and many clients in the public and private sector.
