• Review of available as-built drawings, construction  records, and other documents to determine locations, sizes and contents of current and historic usages of USTs
• Coordination, implementation, and management of tank removal and replacement programs, including compliance with local air quality regulations, coordination of removal and disposal of tanks and installation of new tanks
• On-site inspection and location of UST and associated piping, and inspection of the site for obstructions and conditions that might require specialized equipment or working conditions

• Preparation of hazardous materials management plans and work plans outlining the proposed scope of work required to maintain regulatory compliance

• Implementation of the proposed scope of work, including assessment of sub-surface soils and geologic conditions by drilling and sampling soil borings, analytical testing of soil samples for contamination by state-certified laboratory, and determining depth to groundwater

• Implementation and coordination of approved precision tank testing of UST and associated piping for product integrity

• Installation of leak detection systems and in-tank monitoring systems to meet UST monitoring requirements

• Implementation of expanded site assessment should contamination be encountered, including installation of additional borings and groundwater monitoring wells, as needed

• Development of remedial action plans outlining available remedial options, and recommendations of appropriate technology and methods for remedial activities

• Preparation and submittal of permit applications and site-specific permit modification for existing and new UST installations
